Valley Processing processes some of its fruit into a fine puree, which is essentially fruit juice that includes pulp. These products are used primarily by jam makers and in the smoothie drinks that are so popular today. Some clients also add our purees to their juice blends to give them some pulp texture.

Our purees are available in concentrates or single strengths and the flavors include: Blackberry, Blueberry, Boysenberry, Concord Grape, Cranberry, Currant, Dark and Sweet Cherry, Niagara Grape, Raspberry,
Strawberry, and Tart Sour Cherry.
