"It is important to keep up with advancments in the fruit processing industry to offer our customers the
finest quality juices at a competitive price." Mary Bliesner President, Vally Processing.

The majority of the facility is fully automated with workers monitoring and checking the performance
of the equipment.

None of the juices made at Valley Processing go to market under our name, but we take as much pride in the product as if our name was on it.

We start with the finest raw products anywhere. Products are available in our own backyard. There are many delicious fruits growing within an hours drive in the famous Yakima Valley. Fruit production is the valley's number one industry because all the necessary ingredients are here - rich volcanic soil, irrigation water coming fresh from mountain snow, an extra long growing season with the perfect mix of warm sunny days and cool nights that set up a perfect sugar/acid balance in the fruit grown here. Since the fruit is so close, you know it's fresh.

Food safety is an integral part of the Valley Processing business
approach. The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
program is used to identify critical food safety hazards and guarantee
actions when deviations occur. Quality processing practices are followed to ensure safe and sanitary food handling and employee practices.

From the incoming raw fruit to the finished product, technicians working in the lab are analyzing the products produced ensuring only the highest quality products are produced at Valley Processing
