CUSTOM PROCESSING

Valley Processing provides processing services for growers and/or other companies that want to retain ownership of their juice. Sometimes called "toll processing," this service is very popular. For growers, it provides added value to their raw crop, which they can then sell at a higher profit than the raw fruit. We also process for other companies, such as organic juice companies located in other states. Since the best raw products are located near our plants, these companies have us do the processing of the fresh fruit they purchase, and then they do the marketing of the juices.

FREEZER STORAGE RENTAL

To keep our finished product at the pinnacle of freshness, we have 31,000 square feet of freezer space which can hold 29,000 drums of juice or concentrate.

Valley Processing also provides some freezer space to others on a rental basis. Our freezer system meets customer needs by offering flexible hours and can maintain zero degree fahrenheit (minus 18 degrees celcius). The freezer system can handle drums, totes, and cased goods on pallets.

RAILROAD TRANSPORTATION

To assist with transporting our own and our growers juices in a timely, fresh manner, Valley Processing is located next to a railroad siding for ease in shipping and receiving by train.
